CHA - AVAILABILITY OF 2023 ANNUAL AGENCY PLAN

The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) announces the availability of its proposed 2023 Annual Agency Plan for public inspection and comment as of 4:00 PM EDT, Monday, August 1, 2022, at the CHA Central Office at 801 North Holtzclaw Avenue, and on the CHA website at www.chahousing.org.

The CHA is accepting written comments from the community at large about any facet of the Plan. Written comments may be mailed to: Attn: Annual Plan Comment, c/o Chattanooga Housing Authority Executive Office, 801 North Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404, or by email to ed@cbahousing.org. Written comments will be accepted through September 16, 2022.

Copies of the Plan will also be available for review at all CHA development offices, the Office of the Mayor of Chattanooga, the City of Chattanooga Office of Economic & Community Development, and the Bicentennial Library.

A public hearing will be held with CHA's Board of Commissioners on September 27, 2022 at 12:30
p.m. at the CHA's Central Office located at 801 North Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN. Upon adoption by the CHA Board of Commissioners, the Agency Plan will serve as a business plan for all facets of CHA operations and policy.
