Starting pitcher T.J. Sikkema had a much needed bounce back performance on the mound and the Chattanooga Lookouts knocked off the Pensacola Blue Wahoos by a score of 5-1. Sikkema went five innings and allowed just one hit and one run. He moves to 4-1 on the season. Offensively, Austin Hendrick got the scoring started in the first inning with a solo shot to right field, his tenth of the season. Prep Football Jamboree Expands With 15 Teams Participating

Fifteen high school football teams will take to the field at Finley Stadium this August to participate in the annual Jamboree and Scrimmages over the course of two weekends starting on August 8 and 9 and again on August 15. This is the second time in a 26-years stretch that the event will be played over the course of two weekends. Chattanooga FC Women's historic 2025 season came to an end on Friday evening in Stillwater, Oklahoma after a narrow 1-0 defeat by California Storm in the WPSL Championship semifinal. CFC dominated play throughout large stretches of the match and created far more dangerous chances than its opposition, however a late goal from Storm forward Erica Grilione ultimately proved to be the decider.
