2 Shot Near Champy's Restaurant On Thursday

Two people were shot on Thursday near the Champy's restaurant downtown.

Chattanooga Police responded to a call at 6:36 p.m. of a person shot in the 500 block of East Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Upon arrival, officers discovered that the two male victims had been transported by personal vehicle to a local hospital. The victims sustained non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
