It's a shame we have so many gun battles in certain parts of the city. An outside could come in, look at a map with the number of gun incidents and quickly formulate that most of inside Chattanooga city limits, there is a problem. There should always be a police presence in that area due to the close proximity of UTC housing...either on foot, bicycle or stationary cars. The Lookouts (7-16) held the Montgomery Biscuits (12-12) scoreless until the 9th inning on Thursday night at Riverwalk Stadium and held on for a 3-1 win.
