Traffic Stop Leads To Fentanyl Discovery - And Other Collegedale Police Calls

Offices conducted a traffic stop in the 9400 block of Lee Highway. An investigation resulted in the driver being arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, and an active warrant in Bradley County. The passenger was arrested for possession of fentanyl, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and an active warrant for possession of fentanyl with intent to resale.

Officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress in the 9700 block of Bowen Trail. Officers conducted an investigation and found no evidence of a burglary or any other criminal activity.
