The Midtown Ridge Apartmens at 312 McBrien Road in Chattanooga were sold for $23.87 million. The 193-unit property was built in 1986 and sits on 8.71 acres. Equinox at Knight Holdings LLc, 312 McBrien SPE LLC, KD Midtown LLC, Asimus Holdings LLC, Wall Holdings LLC, Barrow Knight Way SPE LLC and Townsquarejd SPE LLC purchased the property from 312 McBrien Road LLC. It is my opinion that people that do not teach students should not get an automatic raise. Let them negotiate their salary. This does not include principals and assistant principals. Chattanooga Wreckers center fielder Ivan Johnson blasted a game-tying homer in the ninth, but the Barons prevailed in extras and won 7-5.
