Volunteers Needed For Raising Of Memorial Day Flags In Ringgold

Volunteers are needed to raise and lower Memorial Day flags honoring the deceased veterans of Catoosa County.

"This year there will be 2,076 flags and crosses flying throughout the city of Ringgold, and we need your help," officials said.

Flags will go up on Monday, May 20 at 10 a.m., and will come down on Monday, June 3 at 8 a.m.

Also, on Memorial Day (Monday, May 27), bugler Steve Price will present a TAPS ceremony in front of Ringgold City Hall at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
