CRWWA Presents “What’s An Incentive? Recent Changes To EEOC Workplace Wellness Rules”

The Chattanooga Regional Workplace Wellness Association is offering a free lunch presentation, “What’s an Incentive? Recent Changes to EEOC Workplace Wellness Rules,” for all human resources and workplace wellness professionals on Tuesday, April 17 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.at CHI Memorial Hospital, 2525 de Sales Ave., Community Room-Entrance B.

The event is sponsored by CHI Memorial Workplace Health and the presentation is by Douglas S. Griswold and Justin L. Furrow, attorneys at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C.

"The recent federal court ruling on AARP v. EEOC could change workplace wellness as we know it.  Learn how this new ruling may impact your employer sponsored wellness program and what you need to know going forward," organizers said.
