Bobbie Jean McClendon Hickey died on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2003.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Johnnie Osceola McClendon; and four brothers, Roy Lee Jr., James E, Melvin B., and Anthony D.
McClendon.
Survivors include daughter, Amecia (Lebron) Reeves; sons, Elmer (Cassandra ) Leak Jr., Anthony (Linda) Leak Sr. and Terrance (Rhonda) Leak; father, Roy Lee McClendon Sr.; brother, George (Linda) McClendon, Chicago; sisters, Doris Perry, Denver, Colo., and Diane Poole, Chattanooga; aunt, Cecil Thomas, Chicago; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at noon at Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. H.K. Lester officiating.
Interment will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Monday at the Avondale Chapel, Franklin-Strickland Funeral Home.
