Chattanooga Police Arrest 15 In Prostitution Sting

The Chattanooga Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit conducted an undercover operation on Wednesday and Thursday, targeting suspected Internet-based prostitution.

A total of 15 arrests were made with the suspects listed:

Mark Sweitzer, 11-15-66, charged with patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Shane Brown, 06-13-71, charged with patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Steven Karst, 10-24-71, charged with patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

David Palmer, 02-20-56, charged with patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Victoria Negron, 10-28-93, charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Sonya Dodd, 09-09-72, charged with promoting prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school. Warrants - driving on revoked, promoting prostitution and failure to appear.

Martinas Kelly, 07-28-81, charged with promoting prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Chad Leming, 06-23-73, charged with promoting prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Knox Farmer, 06-12-68, charged with patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Lequaviana Spencer, 07-20-89, charged with prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Toney Smith, 04-30-76, charged with patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Matthew Secrest, 05-18-76, charged with patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Lequasha Mays, 07-28-90, charged promoting prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Lorraine Brooks, 01-28-77, charged promoting prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.

Joshua Steffew, 08-19-78, charged with patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school.
