Venetia Fay Zorn, 53, of Pikeville, TN, died on Sunday, December 30, 2012.
She was born in Marion, IN to the late Everett Cox and Rose Collier. Venetia grew up in Cumberland, KY, and in 1977 joined the military. She retired from the Air Force and moved to Zephyr Hills, FL, where she was married to Patrick Zorn and became the proud and loving mom to Sarah Jean Zorn. She was a life member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 110, where she served as adjutant.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Dorton.
Survivors include sister, Zonda Collums; brother, Tracy Dorton; nieces, Toni and Tina; and childhood friend, Jerry Hackworth.
A memorial service will be planned later.
