A source familiar with the situation has confirmed this development, which was first reported by the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.

Jones is in the midst of the final season of his legendary career with the Braves. With his wife and children in attendance at a news conference in March, he announced that he will retire at the conclusion of this season.

Since marrying in March of 2000, the Jones' have had three sons -- Trey (11), Shea (7) and Tristan (6). The 40-year-old former National League Most Valuable Player Award winner was married once previously.
