Eric Burris, 32, of 702 Henderson Avenue, Rossville was arrested June 28 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Angelia Corriher, 32, of 402 Hollywood Drive, Rossville was arrested June 28 on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked, entering auto, financial transaction card theft X2 and forgery X2

Shawn Jones, 20, of 213 East Side Drive, Dalton was arrested June 29 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Corey Dockery, 18, of 808 Lyne Lane, Rossville was arrested June 30 on a charge of underage consumption.

Cynthia Chapman, 40, of 1030 Willowdale Road NW #11, Dalton was arrested June 30 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Edward Miller, 29, of 4362 Highway 41, Ringgold was arrested June 30 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Phillip Grayson, 55, of 6114 Walton Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested June 30 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Casey Jahns, 18, of 481 Mountain View Circle, Flintstone was arrested June 30 on charges of loitering and prowling, disorderly conduct and underage consumption.

Christian Lemons, 18, of 82 Gilley, Flintstone was arrested June 30 on charges of underage consumption and loitering and prowling.

Zachery Viruet, 17, of 1008 Oglethorpe Ridge Lane, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested June 30 on charges of loitering and prowling, disorderly conduct and underage consumption.

Jacob Walz, 17, of 500 West Schmit Road, Rossville was arrested June 30 on charges of disorderly conduct and loitering and prowling.

Hermengilado Izara, 40, of 4301 ½ 12th Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested June 30 on a charge of driving while unlicensed.

Caleb Howard, 22, of 748 Marbletop Road, Chickamauga was arrested June 30 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and tail light requirements.

Bryan Yates, 40, of 2177 Baggett Road, Ringgold was arrested June 30 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Walter Biggs, 32, of 42 Stovall Street, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested June 30 on charges of battery, cruelty to children, destruction of government property, obstruction of a police officer X2, public drunk and simple battery.

Richard Biggs, 27, of 42 Stovall Street, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested June 30 on charges of battery, cruelty to children, destruction of government property, obstruction of a police officer X2, public drunk, simple battery and terroristic threats.

Thomas McKenzie, 23, of 204 Chambers Street, Rossville was arrested July 1 on charges of no proof of insurance, suspended registration and wrong class license.

Jeffrey Smith, 41, of 3710 4th Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested July 1 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Jessica Meeks, 18, of 1901 Old Lafayette Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested July 1 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and texting while driving.

Corey Francisco, 24, of 190 South Center Street, Rossville was arrested July 2 on charges of hit and run/leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, failure to obey a traffic control device and failure to yield right of way.

Austin Long, 17, of 122 John Thompson Road, Flintstone was arrested July 2 on charges of violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act and possession of marijuana.

Maria Doninguez, 27, of 303 Amhurst Street, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested July 2 for deportation.

Juan Iuarra, 27, of 42 Ashton Lane, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested July 2 on a charge of fugitive from justice.

Jerry Hill, 49, of 2780 County Road 96, Stevenson, AL was arrested July 2 on a charge of fugitive/uniform criminal extradition act.

Candice Watson, 24, of 415 Barnhardt Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested July 2 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Jessica Cheatham, 27, of 415 Barnhardt Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested July 2 on a charge of disorderly conduct by obstruction.

Eric Elder, 29, of 305 Overbrook Drive, Rossville was arrested July 3 on charges of sexual exploitation of children and computer pornography X2.

Robert Thompson, 45, of 4639A Cary Lane, Hixson was arrested July 3 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

CSLA Under Lockdown As Officers Conduct Search

Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts was under lockdown on Tuesday afternoon as police officers conducted a search nearby.   School officials said all students and staff were safe and were awaiting the lifting of the lockdown.  CSLA is on East Brainerd Road at Vance Road.  (click for more)

Baylor's Popp Wins First Spring Fling State Title

 Baylor sophomore Selena Popp won the Division II girls pentathlon Monday afternoon in Murfreesboro.  It is the first state championship of the 2013 Spring Fling.  Popp won the 100 meter hurdles and the high jump.  She edged out Evangelical Christian School's Kate Jamison by one point.   Teammate Victoria Wicks was third and Kate Kaufman was fifth.  ...
