There was an Usher sighting in St. Elmo on Sunday.

A St. Elmo resident reported, "As far as I know he and his girlfriend and kids rode the Incline, ordered
take-out from Blacksmith's Bistro, and shopped at Collective Clothing.

"His driver also ordered food from the St. Elmo Deli."

The popular singer is originally from Chattanooga and still has relatives here.
