"Matthew and Friends" will be Dr. Steven Wright's topic for the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday at Signal Mountain Baptist Church, 939 Ridgeway Ave., Signal Mountain. His text will be Matthew 9:9-13.
The Adult Fellowship monthly meeting will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Christian Lie Center. David and Diane Jordan will share the story of their collaboration as mother and son on "Approaching the Presence: A Year For Living Faithfully," a devotional book dedicated to the memory of Monty Jordan, a former pastor of Signal Mountain Baptist for over 17 years.
A potluck salad lunch will be served around noon. Autographed copies of "Approaching the Presence" will be available for $19.95.
