Mission Oaks Subdivision Has Candle Lighting Monday

A candle lighting will be held in Mission Oaks Subdivision in East Ridge on Monday form 6-9 p.m., weather permitting.  In case of rain the event will be Tuesday. 

The public is invited to drive through the neighborhood to see the residents lights and decorations.  Carolers will be at the main entrance on Patton Drive singing to the visitors.

One of the main purposes is to serve as a fundraiser for the East Ridge Needy Child Fund which is managed by the East Ridge Fire and Police Departments.

 The Fire Department brings a large fire truck and a crew of East Ridge firemen that setup near the main entrance and accept donations for this fund. The police help with the traffic flow.
