Police Blotter: Tattooed Blonde Hits Belk At Hamilton Place Twice In Less Than An Hour

Police said a tattooed blonde stole from Belk Department Store at Hamilton Place twice within an hour. Store personnel said she came in at 1:33 p.m. and stayed five minutes.
