Metro Services, Inc. has reached the milestone installation of Solar Power systems in the industrial, commercial and residential markets totaling one megawatt of power. MSI is a locally operated and sourced company.

Ron Speicher, MSI’s president, credits an “outstanding customer base with a passion for the environment as the catalyst for attaining this significant milestone.”

“Local professionals, business owners, home owners and anyone and everyone concerned with the preservation of Chattanooga’s outdoor beauty and natural resources are the people that  contact MSI seeking answers to their questions about renewable solar power generation”, says Bill Norton, MSI’s executive vice president, Solar Power Systems coordinator and NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) certified installer. “It’s very gratifying to be able to educate people, with the same core environment concerns as ourselves, about the virtues and value of solar power. Then to actually have a hand in helping them move more toward energy independence and reach their goal of saving our environment in their own small way is really something special.”

Metro Services, Inc. Solar Power Division provides complete systems entailing initial site evaluation, budgeting, design, permitting and complete installation for industrial, commercial and residential solar power systems. Some recent solar power generating partnerships engaged in by MSI have been with Truck N Trailers USA, Northgate Parts, Southern Adventist University, Creswell Richardson, PG Services, and others, as well as several residential applications.
