The Georgia Department of Labor’s Dalton Career Center will help Shaw Industries recruit a number of workers this week for its manufacturing facility in Whitfield County.
The company will be recruiting experienced yarn extrusion operators on Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the career center, at 1406 Chattanooga Ave. Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, applicants must be at least 18 years old.
While Wednesday’s recruitment is for yarn extrusion operators only, other jobs are available with the company.
