Martha Perra, 91, of Chickamauga, GA, died on Friday, July 26, 2013.
Born to George and Irene Jackson on November 30, 1921 in Detroit, MI, she lived in McLemore Cove, Chickamauga, GA, coming from Miami and then Port St. Lucie, FL. She had been active in the Presbyterian Church most of her adult life.
Martha was preceded by her sister, Marian Wagner of Miami, FL; brother, Paul Jackson of San Marcos, TX; and her husband of 64 years, Philip.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Perra of Lorton, VA, John and Pat Perra of McLemore Cove and Dave and Bobbie Perra of McLemore Cove; grandsons and wives, Bruce and Wendy Perra of LaBelle, FL, Brad and Kimberly Perra of Rock Spring, GA and Bill and Denise Perra of McDonough, GA; granddaughters and husbands, Mary Alice and Brian Nile of Harrison, ME and Susan and Richard Sasser of Choctaw, OK; and great-grandchildren, Kylie and Granger Perra of LaBelle, FL, Amber Perra of Boone, NC, Brittany and Lucy Perra of Rock Spring, GA, April and Michael Perra of McDonough, GA, Brianna, Brandon and Matthew Nile of Harrison, ME and Amaya, Korin and Ian Sasser of Choctaw, OK.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
