A county deputy has been terminated after a woman said he stopped her car and then forced her to perform a sex act.

Willie Marshay Greer, 33, was charged with aggravated rape and official misconduct.

In the incident on Sunday, the woman said just after 1 a.m. she was driving on Birchwood Pike in the direction of Highway 60. She said as she passed the Warebranch Market she noticed a patrol car on the side of the road.

She said she pulled over after the patrol car got in behind her vehicle and activated its emergency equipment. She said the officer approached her car and told her she was driving a little fast.

The 26-year-old woman said the officer wrote her name on his hand and went to his car. She said he returned and told her she was going to jail. He made her exit her vehicle and he handcuffed her.

She said he then told her several times, "I could let you go, but you'd owe me."

When she said she did not know what he meant, she said he took the handcuffs off and told her to follow him. She said they went to a pulloff on Thatch Road.

The woman said she got out of her car and was handcuffed again. She was then seated in the patrol car.

She said the officer pulled his penis from his pants, grabbed her by the back of the head and forced her to perform oral sex.

She said afterward he asked if she was thirsty and he gave her a fruity drink from Wendy's.

Police said they checked and a black officer had bought a fruit punch at a nearby Wendy's earlier.

Greer said the sex was consensual, but police determined that his statements were "false and misleading."
