Free CPR Class Offered At Hamilton YMCA

The Hamilton YMCA is offering a free 45-minute CPR class on Saturday, February 1, at 9 a.m. Hands-on Practical Experience, or HOPE, teaches a form of CPR using chest compressions only that can double or even triple the chance of survival for a victim who collapses because of sudden cardiac arrest.
