Man Shot On Windsor Street Thursday Evening; Suspect Sought

Police are seeking information after a man was shot on Thursday at 2304 Windsor Street.

At approximately 6:53 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a person shot. Officers located the victim, Justin Common, who was shot in the right leg.  Mr. Common stated to detectives that an unknown black male confronted him in front of the Woodlawn Apartments, shot him and then fled.  

Mr. Common was transported to a local hospital and treated for the non-life threatening injury.
