City Won't Give In On Charging County Schools A Stormwater Fee

City officials on Tuesday indicated they are not giving in on the subject of charging the county schools a stormwater fee. The City Council passed a resolution giving the city attorney the authority to sue if necessary for the $1.7 million the city claims that it is currently owed.
