Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC announced that Chattanooga attorney Paul R. Leitner received the Jac Chambliss Lifetime Achievement Award by the Chattanooga Bar Association during a recent luncheon honoring Chattanooga attorneys.
According to the Chattanooga Bar Association, the Lifetime Achievement award was established in the Fall of 2010 by the Board of Governors to recognize a member of the Bar Association who has demonstrated the highest standards of excellence for the legal profession; helped facilitate access to the justice system; served and supported the community; stimulated a feeling of respect, esteem and good fellowship among the members of the profession; maintained a high standard of ethics among the members; demonstrated commitment to clients; represented the highest tradition of personal and professional excellence in Hamilton County; devoted significant amounts of time, efforts, and/or funds to activities that benefit their community and has enhanced the image and esteem of general practice attorneys in Hamilton County.
Paul R. Leitner graduated from Duke University with his A.B. and obtained his J.D. from McKenzie College of Law. He has represented a number of major insurance companies and businesses, including a number of the Fortune 500 corporations. His litigation experience includes claims in product liability, business and commercial disputes, contract construction liability, tort liability, drug and medical device defense for several of the major pharmaceutical companies. He has served as board member, and is an active member, to numerous Chattanooga area community organizations.
