Mary C. Shaw, 92, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Shaw attended 4th St Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Shaw; parents, William Newt Green and Emily Elizabeth Dilbeck Green; daughter, Dorothy Jean Ellis; son, Billy Kyle Shaw; three brothers; and four sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Taylor and husband Terry; son-in-law, Reverend Frank Ellis all of Cleveland; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Nellie King of Benton; brother, Ralph Green of Dayton; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 2, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Ben Clayton and Pastor Ed Henderson officiating. Interment will follow in Old Ocoee Cemetery in Benton with Jeremy Brown, Glen Fowler, Austin Cronan, Tim Smith, Roman Cronan and Hunter Cronan serving as pallbearers.
Her family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, November 1 at the Fike Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
