Pauline Morrison, age 81, of Rocky Face, GA, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Meddie and Bessie Collins; sisters, Lottie and Fannie Mae Collins and Aline and Judy Forester; brothers, Paul, Ted, James and Newton Collins; one grandson, Paul Jerry Morrison; and one great-grandson, Christian Linville.
She was a member of Lindsey Memorial Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Paul Earl Morrison, Sr., of the residence; daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis and Danny Grant, Paula and Steve Linville all of Rocky Face, Patricia and Daniel Oliver of Crossville, AL and Pamela and Cliff Klingbeil of Atlanta; son, Paul “Buddy” Morrison, Jr. of Rocky Face; 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Morrison will be held Friday, October 31, at 2 p.m. at the Westside Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Gribble and Rev. Scott Hobbs officiating. Burial will be in Lindsey Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons, Jason and Derrick Linville, Danny and Matthew Oliver, David Lankford and Cory Rodgers.
