Senator Tracy sponsored the voluntary program, which alerts emergency medical personnel to important health information of a driver or passenger involved in a car crash, in the state senate. Senator Tracy said the video is part of an effort to ensure that citizens know about the program.

The Yellow Dot program is a free service provided to individuals of all ages, with an emphasis on senior citizens or persons with drug allergies or special health conditions.
