HTI Employment Solutions Job Fair Draws Over 500 Applicants And Counting

HTI Employment Solutions is holding its first job fair in Chattanooga on Thursday, from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. at Embassy Suites Hotel at 2321 Lifestyle Way near Hamilton Place Mall.

The company was awarded the bid to staff 300 positions created by Tier 1 Automotive Supplier and will staff 184 initial jobs as the company ramps into production. HTI is seeking operators, technicians, team leaders and other positions to staff the Plastic Omnium facility. Temp-to-hire and direct hire positions are available in the following departments: Assembly, Paint Line Loading and Preparation and Injection Molding.

Pay rates for available positions start at $12.45 an hour for all shifts. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Competitive healthcare options and 401k benefits are available.
