CHI Memorial has worked for more than a decade extending its ministry to the underserved through CHI Memorial Community Health Center – Chattanooga, and CHI Memorial Community Health Center – Hixson (formerly Memorial Westside and Memorial North Shore respectively).
CHI Memorial Community Health Center – Hixson opened in its new location on December 8 to better serve the residents of North Chattanooga, Red Bank, Hixson and all communities north of the river. The center is located in Highland Plaza, 3905 Hixson Pike suite 103, Chattanooga, TN 37415 and is convenient to city bus routes.
“At CHI Memorial our greatest joy is knowing we can and have helped people who lack the resources or do not have access to healthcare services gain better health and stay well,” said James Hobson, FACHE, CHI Memorial chief executive officer.
CHI Memorial Community Health Centers offer a wide range of services for teens and adults including:

· Well-woman checks, including annual pelvic exams and Pap tests
· Adult physicals
· Screenings
· Diagnosis and management of chronic diseases
· Patient counseling as needed
· Laboratory services
· X-ray services
