Rosalie Scoggins, 74, of West Armuchee, GA, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014.
She was Miss Northwest Whitfield her senior year in high school in 1958.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, A.P. “Sonny” Scoggins; one daughter and husband, Terry and Eric Hartrich, of Atlanta; one Son his wife, Phillip and Kathy Scoggins, of West Armuchee, GA; one Sister, Betty Woody, of Rocky Face, GA; one brother and his wife, Carl and Lagranda Beavers, of Varnell, GA; three grandchildren, Sterling Hartrich, KayLee Scoggins and Nikolas Kurtz; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel will be Monday, December 15, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Terry Burns and Rev. Chuck Romaine officiating. Interment to follow in Phillips Cemetery.
