Melinda Volker To Join County Commission Office

Melinda Volker, who now works at the Hamilton County Water and Wastewater Treatment Authority (WWTA), will be joining the County Commission office.

Commission Chairman Fred Skillern said he and Vice Chairman Jim Fields interviewed a number of applicants within the county.

Patricia Moore, who recently moved up to administrative assistant when Chris Hixson retired, also was involved in the interviews.

The commission also moved to have the commission employees go under the county personnel policy.
