Eric Lewis of Chattanooga has picked up as a Democrat to run for county clerk.

Longtime incumbent Bill Knowles will be on the Republican ticket.

Former Owner Of Chattanooga Low Income Housing Firm Gets 33 Month In Federal Prison

The former owner of a low income housing firm in Chattanooga was sentenced on Thursday to serve 33 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to fraud charges. A Chattanooga man with a lengthy burglary record was sentenced on Thursday to serve 15 years in federal prison.
