Crystal Hancock Joins Trenton Family Practice

Hutcheson Medical Center announces that Crystal Hancock, NP has joined the hospital’s Trenton Family Practice location.  Ms. Hancock will work in conjunction with long-time Dade resident, Cindy Simmons, PA-C to treat area residents at the clinic.

Ms. Hancock received both her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Kennesaw State University. While at Kennesaw, she was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies and belongs to the International Nursing Society.

“I look forward to working in the beautiful city of Trenton and providing comprehensive medical care to the residents of Dade County,” said Ms. Hancock, who also focuses on women’s health as part of her family medicine practice.

“We are excited about the direction of Trenton Family Practice,” stated Farrell Hayes, president and CEO of Hutcheson. “Trenton is underserved from a medical standpoint, and with Crystal joining the practice, we will be able to better serve the medical needs of Dade community.” Mr. Hayes added that the clinic is looking to expand clinic hours during weekdays and weekends.

Trenton Family Practice is at 12978 North Main St. in Trenton and accepts appointments and walk-ins for increased patient convenience.  Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.  For appointments or questions about the clinic, please call the clinic at 706.657-4183.
