Melissa A. “Lisa” Littleton, 43, of Georgetown, TN, passed away on Thursday afternoon, May 1, 2014 in Chattanooga.
Lisa was born in Piqua, OH on February 27, 1971 to the late Jimmy Cox. She was of the Church of God faith.
Lisa is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer & Hunter Nunley; her mother, Pat Posey; one grandson, Phoenix Nunley; two sisters, Penny Waldroup and Connie Scroggins (Tim); four brothers, James Davis (Beverly), Jimmy Cox, Jerry Cox and Tony Cox (Crystal); and numerous other extended family members and special friends.
A celebration of her life is planned for Tuesday, May 6th, 2014 at 1:00 PM at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW with the Reverend Landon Hardin officiating. Interment will follow in the Cofer Cemetery in Georgetown, TN.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6 at the Companion Funeral Home who has charge of the arrangements.
