Woolfall Takes Metro Lead With 62

Wayne Woolfall shot 8-under 62 on Friday and took the lead in the Chattanooga Metro Men's Golf Championship at the Brainerd Golf Course.

Woolfall had nine birdies and one bogey and leads UTC sophomore Brooks Thomas by two shots and Matt Robertson by three.

Pat Corey leads the two-day senior division at 67, with Mitch Hufstetler, Mike Jenkins, Randy Yoder and John Williams two shots back.

The Council Fire team of Chris Schmidt, Wes Gilliland and Taylor Lewis won the Harold Lane Memorial team title with a 12-under 58.
