Man, 20, Shot In Red Bank; Harley Freeman Is Suspect

A 20-year-old man was shot in Red Bank on Tuesday night, and police said the suspect was Harley Freeman.

At approximately 8:55 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call at 2302 Lyndon Ave. Upon arrival officers found Kasey Lynn Rogers, of 1718 Ashmore Ave. shot once in the abdomen.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment and the extent of his injuries are unknown at this time.

Initial reports of a drive-by style shooting were dismissed after investigators at the scene determined that the shooting occurred inside the residence, Red Bank Police Chief Tim Christol said.

Freeman, 24, lives at the address where the shooting took place.
