J.I.T. Steel Has Change Of Ownership In $4.8 Million Transaction

Property of J.I.T. Steel Service along Manufacturers Road in North Chattanooga has been sold for $4,802,022.

Company officials said J.I.T. Steel will continue operating at 530 and 610 Manufacturers Road.

The transaction involves a change of ownership, it was stated.

The buyer was listed as M&S Lbh Llc.
