Jenny Graham, with 17 years of experience in health care and senior living communities, has been named director of operations for Century Park Associates.

The announcement is made by Forrest L. Preston, president of Century Park. The appointment – effective immediately – represents a promotion for Ms. Graham, who previously led the company’s Mountain Region based in Aurora, Co.

“Jenny Graham has earned this position through distinguished performance since joining Century Park,” Mr. Preston said. “She has remarkable, God-given professional skills, honed by formal education and experiential knowledge, guided by a compassionate heart for people.”

Ms. Graham’s responsibilities will include oversight, support and encouragement for the executive directors and associates in the company’s 44 assisted and independent living centers in 20 states in a continuing quest to offer the best customer service in the hospitality profession.

“I am humbled and thankful for the trust and confidence placed in me to work in this capacity with the outstanding associates of Century Park on behalf of those we serve,” Ms. Graham said.

Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado in 1994 and a Master of Arts in health care administration from Ashford University in 2012.

Ms. Graham first caught Century Park’s attention after being hired as a regional vice president for Life Care Centers of America in the Mountain States Division, then transitioned to the regional role with Century Park. Her career path includes service with skilled nursing, assisted and independent living communities and memory care programs.

In a number of locations, Century Park and Life Care share campuses, with continuum of care opportunities for residents and families.
