Local Law Enforcement Agencies Team Up In Day-Long Operation To Arrest Known Fugitives

A one-day joint operation by the Chattanooga Police Department, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, Red Bank Police Department, and Tennessee Bureau of Investigations resulted in the safe arrest of 33 local criminals with outstanding warrants on Wednesday. 

Starting early in the morning, 40 law enforcement personnel spanning multiple agencies worked together to serve outstanding warrants. This included the arrest of Aryan Nation member Shane Albertson who had 34 warrants across multiple jurisdictions. 

Officers were broken into teams of six individuals representing each supportive agency. The Chattanooga Police Department reports that of the 33 individuals arrested, 12 were felons and five were know gang members.

  • 1 - Federal Warrant Served
  • 5 - Gang Members
