Timothy Harris, 47, Shot And Killed Early Sunday Morning

Timothy Harris, 47, was shot and killed early Sunday morning.

The Chattanooga Police Department responded at approximately 1:34 a.m. to the 1600 block of Olive Street on reports of an individual suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Harris succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Investigators with the Chattanooga Police Department's Violent Crimes Bureau are working to determine the facts surrounding this incident and are following up on multiple leads. No suspect information is available at this time. The family has been notified. 

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423 698-2525.  The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released once available.
