RE: Chattanooga Flight Diverted After Passenger Notices Fuel Leak

The other day my wife told me her 2008 minivan's warning light indicates the gas cap isn't sealing right.

We all know a vehicle in that condition cannot pass the annual Hamilton County emissions test, so it can't be licensed and driven.

So how often do they check the fuel caps on those $30 - $40 million airplanes?

They don't, Larry.  I heard the planes are made by Volkswagen.
