FSG Bank, a division of Atlantic Capital, hosted a wine and cheese reception at its Dalton location at 401 S. Thornton Ave. last Tuesday.
Forty area professionals attended the event including Dalton Chamber of Commerce representatives, attorneys, certified public accountants, and realtors.
The event was held to introduce Ivelisse Perez, a mortgage loan officer who joined FSG Mortgage’s Dalton team last month.
Ms. Perez will serve at the Dalton Main location at 401 S. Thornton Ave.
She will be part of a mortgage team that is responsible for residential loan origination in the Dalton area.
“FSG Bank is committed to hiring experts in the industry. Ivelisse has a track record for getting results for customers. She will be a great addition to our Dalton team,” said Jill Green, FSG Bank’s managing director of Mortgage Banking.

A native of Puerto Rico, Ms. Perez brings over 15 years of experience in mortgage lending. She has worked for financial firms across the country, including most recently at the Scotia Bank in Puerto Rico serving as a mortgage loan officer, where she managed residential loan origination for a variety of customers, consistently reaching and exceeding their goals.
Ms. Perez graduated from the University of Puerto Rico and started her career at R. G. Mortgage in Puerto Rico. Ms. Perez is a member of the Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce and the Carpet Capital Association of Realtors. Perez can be contacted at 706-463-2195 or at iperez@fsgbank.com.
