Richard Lovingood, 25, Shot Twice On Ohls Avenue

Richard Lovingood, 25, was shot twice on Ohls Avenue on Thursday evening.

Chattanooga Police responded at 7:35 p.m. to the 4300 block of Ohls Avenue on the report of a shooting. Police located one victim suffering from two gunshot wounds.

Ohls suffered one gunshot wound to the arm and one to the abdomen. Hamilton County EMS administered treatment at the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital for further treatment.

The suspect vehicle is described as a silver Dodge Magnum.  

Violent Crimes investigators are following leads.

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call 423 698-2525. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
