A South Pittsburg woman's body was found on Tuesday, by a family member. She had been missing since Christmas Day.

Her family continued to look for her, after searchers called off the search.

Alice Reynolds had not been seen since three people last saw her standing by a roaring creek on Christmas Day.

It is believed that she either fell or jumped into the water.

Her shoes were left behind, and she was cooking a meal on her stove.

The witnesses said they did not see her go into the water, but when they turned around she was gone.
