The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on a vehicle theft which occurred on Monday.
Between the hours of 1 and 3 a.m., a theft from a vehicle occurred on Fox Glove Drive in the Meadow Stream Subdivision in North Ooltewah. During the theft, an American Express Card was taken. At 3:27 a.m., three white males occupying a silver Ford Aerostar van arrived at the Wal-Mart on Little Debbie Parkway. One of the men made a purchase of over $400 with the card. Additional purchases were made at the BP store in Ooltewah as well.
Descriptions of the suspects are as follows:
White male, medium build, with shaved head and goatee.

White male, medium build, brown hair, brown beard.

The vehicle is a late 80s or early 90s Ford Aerostar silver in color with a full luggage rack.
The vehicle has been reported as being seen numerous times in the Meadow Stream Subdivision. The vehicle was also reported as being seen at a residence on Scarlet Oak Lane in Ooltewah on Monday where a burglary occurred between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Additionally, the vehicle has also been seen in the neighborhood surrounding the old James County Courthouse under suspicious circumstances.
Numerous recent thefts from vehicles have occurred in that area prior to and after the Christmas holiday.
