Jane Irene Ford, 77 of Fort Oglethorpe died on Friday, Jan. 30, 2015.
She was born in Newton, Ks., to the late Marvin and Bertha Shraq. She was a missionary to the deaf in the Caribbean Islands for many years.
Survivors include her loving husband, Keith Ford, siblings, Delila Wedel, Judy Regier, Diana Desmond, Dale Schraq, and Donnie Shraq, three God-children, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 4, in the chapel with Dr. Ernest Groce and Missionary Keith Ford officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens in Rome, Ga.
Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday and prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
