A Winter Storm Warning for Chattanooga has been pulled back to a Winter Weather Advisory.

The city at one time seemed likely to get up to six inches of snow, but the heavy snow is now set to fall further north.

However, freezing rain could make area streets and roads very treacherous.

Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime ice accumulation of 0.1 to 0.2 of an inch possible. Total daytime sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
