Baylor Girls Advance To Division II State Semifinals

The Baylor girls basketball team traveled to St. Benedict Tuesday evening earning a 55-48 Division IIAA state quarterfinal win. 

Kaleigh Clemons and Mya Long each had 16 points for Baylor.  Baylor led 27-15 at the half. 

Baylor advances to the Division IIAA state semifinals which will be played Thursday at Lipscomb University. The tip is set for 10 a.m. (Central Time).  Baylor will play Brentwood Academy. 

Harpeth Hall and Briarcrest play in the other state semifinal game.  

The championship is set for Saturday at 1 p.m.
