Pump It Up, a firm that featured inflatables and special events for kids, has closed.
Officials said on the firm's Facebook page, "We are sorry to inform you that effective Wednesday, March 11, 2015, Pump It Up of Chattanooga is closed. Unfortunately our franchise agreement for this location has expired and we have chosen not to renew it.
"We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you be patient with us as we process refunds. For any questions regarding refunds, please call 423-855-8838, and thank you for your patronage over the years."
